I sent full application on 6 Feb by fedex from karachi Pakistan on the basis of Federal skilled worker Noc Code 2151...
when will it reach CIO?
is it possible to reach before cap reached?

I might be wrong but i believe that currently CIC is sorting out applications which reached there by the middle of december .The CAP list is updated accordingly and not in real time , i.e. the current status of the cap list is showing only those applications whic they received by mid december . In more simple terms by the time they sort out febuary applications which could be in a couple of months , the cap for architects would have long been been reahed. So sorry mate, I believe you would need to try sending back your application this coming july.
