HI Friends,
I have submit my initial application on 18th June'09 But till now I didn't get any response from them however, I am keep on chking my e-mail. Though the in the given e-mail id I am getting SPAM mails too.
I don't know how to recognize the response e-mail from them.
Could anybody help me out in this regards

hey mohamr,
check out if your DD has been encashed first.
If no, you can relax/chill out.
If yes, add atleast 4 to 6 weeks from your DD encashed time to get some reply.
Your DD might probably have been encashed in last week of july...
When you receive it, i am sure you would not miss it!! :)-

Thanks My Frnd...But still the point of question is how to find it out the e-mail is coming from them, coz I am getting too many spam mails. Everytime I need to chk it out eventhough they are not much important.

Simply, just add their communication email address to your list, so you will get it in your inbox messages. This is the address which they are going to use to send you a response : FSW-Centralized-Intake-Office @ cic.gc.ca Notice: there will be no reply on that email address and any replies will be ignored by them as they state in each message they send to the applicants. The second point: According to the current processing time at the CIO it takes up to 10 weeks from the date they start processing your application and not the date of reciept, so if they recieved your application on June, 18, expect their response on October, 18, 2009. Good luck. |

Today I came to know about the DD for the Canada. The amount has been deducted on
5th Aug'09.
Till how many days after I will get the e-mail from them.

Received at Sydney on 2nd July'09
Draft encashed on 6th August'09
Email Received: 18th Sep
Need to submit my documents upto: 18th January

My application reached CIO on July 6th , CIO Opened my application last wednesday, i checked today - my DD has been encashed.

My application was sent in MAy09
DD Cased in 16th June
Still waiting for Mail form them....

This is true that CIU is too slow now a days. Reason could be extensive load from all over the world. You please keep in mind 100 days for response against your application.

My DD was encashed on aug05 as well, same date as yours, Hopefully I will be getting my AOR soon too!
