Hi,

Please I need your advise.  Is it feasible to apply for a visitor's visa for someone who is a working permit holder? The working visa will expire in Decemeber of this year.... I started lookig for a new employer in last September and until now, none of them called me yet.  Most of them are not willing to get the LMO.  My time is running out coz my work permit will expire soon. Is it a right move to apply for  visitor's visa? I am waiting for my PR approval which was filed back in the Philippines in April 2006.
Please help. Your input is greatly appreciated.

Ask your current employer to renew your work permit

or

If you have 67 point , try to apply for Permanent Visa.

Good Luck
