Dear Friends / Experts,

Documents of same set (Including application forms) - should be stapled or should I use U-pins? --> I am going with stampler

I will use Jumbo Size Paper clip to bind these documents together. any recommendations?


Second thing: My total documents contains approx 300 pages (approx 2.5 KG). So, any suggestions about selecting the appropriate Envelope?

Or should I use FedEX Pak Envelopes  OR FedEX Medium Box??? --- What's the receommendation?


Last thing: Clarification about filling Step 12. NOC Order of Preference, My current & past experience was '2147' & '2171' respectively. However the Offer Letter that I got under AEO is for '0213'.

As per instruction guide, I should use order of preference containing 2147 and 2171.

Now, since I have an AEO (matching code: 0213) I will not be judged based on this section.

So, the question is: Should I mention '0213' as the first order preference, followed by the other two.

What should I mention under this column (in Step.12 of Schedule-3)?

Any advice please.........!

Also.... Instruction guide says that 'attach the copy of the National Identity card with the application'. Where should I attach this:

> Just after Permament Resident Application ? or just before Visa Specific Document Checklists? or Under Visa-Specific Document Checklists > within Identity & Civil status documents.
