Thank you guys for your response. Actually i could not find RFV in any CAIPS code list. Hopefully as mbastudies said RFV could be 'Ready for Visa' but this entry was made back in January 2011 and till now I have not heard anything. Is it possible they had send my PPR and it never reached us. But its not mentioned anywhere in the whole Caips notes that PPR have been sent whereas everything else is clearly mentioned that RPRF is paid, Medicals seems passed as it says 01 along with the validity date. SEC CRIM is also showing 01 which appears to be passed. Now I was thinking all this time that maybe they are doing security checks on my file but even that looks clear so why no PPR yet  Cry    ?
Anybody with a similar situation like me?
Has anybody seen RFV in their CAIPS notes? Lips sealed

Hi Saida

Thanks for your response but my confusion is still about wht RFV stand for?

Its definitely not initials as its a note which look like this

==========================B********* CFT 13-DEC-2010====================

FILE APPEARS RFV B'FD T+1 officers list

========================== B********* MCX 10-JAN-2011====================

CFT & MCX are clearly initials here.

Some are suggesting it stand for Ready for Visa. I hope it does..

Even a very senior member qorax never heard of this RFV before.

But thank for your reply much appreciated.

Sunny
