I got my package returned because i failed to sign and date a part of the old forms before this new generic forms,i have been directed to sign and date,do i do just that or go ahead over the process again as new with the generic forms because i can see that they say on the site that they can still accept the other forms till November 2011.I need advice from seniors please help a sister out.Thanks

Hi,

The application package was returned only for your signature and date. Therefore please do it as required. Attach the copy of their letter too.
