Dear Seniors / Friends – Like others in this forum, am extremely serious for Canadian Immigration however thoughts are jumbled up due to one thing or other. I do understand that tons of information available on this site but not getting certain answers. Providing below inputs about my profile and appreciate if seniors can advise accordingly:

Age – 36yrs
Location   - India (New Delhi)
Qualification - Bachelors in Commerce, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Finance & Marketing)
Experience - 14+yrs
Designation - Sr. Manager (Transitions)
Experience Type - Transitioning Finance Businesses from onshore to offshore locations, Project Management, Finance Operations, Process Reengineering & improvement consulting, BPO Operations Management
Worked For - Standard Chartered Bank, IBM, Genpact, HCL
Traveled to - UK, Ireland, Germany, US, Canada & Netherlands (Holds valid business visa for US, Canada & UK)
Spouse Qualification - MCA, B.Sc. (Eco), B.Ed with no experience. She has a cousin who is a PR /
Citizen in Alberta.

Questions:

1. Per current work categories I do not seem to fit 100% in any of the categories. Closest category is 1122 which reached to it's quota for this year. Should I apply to this once this is open or wait for more suitable category to be listed?

2. When NOC 1122 would open again?

3. I analyzed Provincial Nomination Programs as well. All of them (except Quebec) require prior job offer before applying under PNP. Want to re-confirm if Quebec doesn't require a prior job offer?

4. I am aware Quebec is a French dominated province and I do not know French. However I have taken online assessment on Quebec government website to check my eligibility for immigration and per them I can apply for Quebec immigration.

5. If I go for Quebec PNP, I understand I have to pay processing fees for Quebec PNP and once my application is approved I need to apply with CIC for PR. Would I need to pay fees to CIC as well OR fees paid to Quebec will suffice the purpose?

6. Any other alternates / inputs you can suggest?

Request you to provide your genuine inputs pls. Greatly appreciate your time and efforts.

Best of Luck!
