Hello,
 How can ur agent (I think u mean consultant) ask for more money for medicals? Usually u are supposed to go got Meds to DMP and the results are sent by DMP to CHC. I don't understand where the agent comes in to the picture here...

Inform your whole case to New Delhi Visa Office giving details of your File no.

Tell him that you don't need an agent and you can file directly.

I suggest you should pay him, as your case is almost done, and as soon as you get your passports back with the visa report the agent to the CIC for harassing and blackmailing you !

look in worst case scenario you can email your visa office that you didnt receive your medicals because of your agent and ask them to send it again to your personal mail

 How much money is the consultant asking? When u hired the consultant, did u  agree to lumpsum amount or stage by stage payment (i.e. some amount to be paid after AOR, some amount to be paid after medicals etc.). Even if u didn't have stage by stage payment and if the amount demanded is not v. large, I would suggest u pay the amount (after all it is a life-changing PR visa waiting in balance) and immediately inform CHC that u recvd. the intimation for Meds. on 1st July itself and to grant u an extension for Meds result delivery. Later on u can report ur agent to CIC if u wish.

I am sorry to hear that. The best thing would be to inform your visa office urgently that your agent is now black mailing you. Request them to cancel an agent from your application and do all communication with you directly. If I was you I would have done the same and did not fall victim of black mailing...

You also said you got copy of that. I think you can still do medials with just a copy. Go ahead and do it.

Dear Dreams,

They are now blackmailing you cause u r almost in final stage

my question is:
Did you paid all your consultant fees is there any pending payment because they don't have any right to ask for money since u paid there fees.
The problem is if u pay them now they may ask you for more money later once you get your passport request if the amount is not big amount pay them.
You can play with them later once you get your visa by complaining.

It s really strange how consultant still taking peoples money and still dong fraud business successfully.

Don't be late try to send your medical asap its your medical that's why your consultant don't care if it goes on time or not, at the end they care only for getting money from you.

be smart and send you medical asap.
