Hi all
Just asking if I keep emailing CHC, does that practically slow down the process?
Thanx

CHC says so on website that e-mails slow the process.

It may not slow individual case, but in general the staff at CHC is limited, they are same people who respond to e-mail and help in processing the case, so if tey get lot of e-mails process gets slow in general

Unless all you get are automated replies, then yes the process is slowed down, because someone has to answer the request - when they could be doing something else.

Thank you guys, you know why I'm asking the question, because i emailed CHC on Dec 2010 to enquire about my app and they said they will send me the medical request on first half of 2011, and on Feb 2011 I emailed them again to ask the same question and they replied by saying they will send me the medical on second half of 2011. to be honest I got confused why is that?

thanks

It slows down in the same way that they ask you not to dial emergency 999 needlessly because some other person's emrgency could be missed.

Don't worry it won't slow down your individual case.

Thanks
