FRC is Family Registration Certificate and it is highly recommended that you include it in your package. You will get it from NADRA in one day (hopefully). FRC is a document that gives the detail of your family that it is registered with NADRA which is a proof of your home ties. It includes the pictures, names and CNIC of your family members.

How to get it:
Visit Nadra center, you need to take the CNIC of father, mother, bros and sisters with you. If any one of your family members don't have their CNIC then you will take them with you to  NADRA office where their picture will be taken. The charges are PKR. 1000.

Okay, now there is an issue with that. Both my sisters are abroad, and my father has passed away, I am living my mother. Now how do I go about this FRC thing?

If your sisters have CNICs then all you need is their CNIC numbers. You should confirm about this specific case from Nadra. They have a call center number mentioned on their web. I am not sure about your case particularly.

i am sorry aficionda'that i miss guide you as i told you the rule of indian applicant ...in india you will get visa with help of seven simple documents.......but for pakistani bros its tough because now i am understanding little little about pakistan rules also ....

you have to provide EVIDENCE that you will return to your home country, Not a  paper signed by you saying that you will not do it. There's no misconduct by doing this , but it looks extremely phony to add such paper in your application.

It's better to show ties with official documentation.( bank statements, property documents , real stuff , not something you write in 5 minutes).

If somehow that can strengthen your application , everyone would be doing it.
