Seniors, - please help - Would London VO refuse my PR if my UK visa had run out

Hi Seniors,

London VO requested for my PP for visa stamping and sent them about 6 weeks ago. ( i have received it till now), however, my UK visa had expired and was waiting for decission from the court. Can the London VO reject my PR based on that???

I have never heard of such a aituation, but , i would thisk there may not be any issue with that. If you are not a british citizen, you may go and land from your home country.

That is what i think. Maybe other seniors can advice differently

You are right, I think they will stay have to issue your PR irrespective of that.

Also as long as you provided yor police certificate to London VO from the UK that should be fine.
