Need your urgent help in below matters
1. The immigration want 1 year of work experience in last 10 years from date of application.
I applied for immigration in Aug 2004 but due to processing time delays, I received letter in Dec 2010. This letter asked for my updated documents along with complete details again.
So the 1 year of work experience will be in last 10 years from today or from aug 2004 ?
2. I have 1 year of work experience in Skill type B (computer programmer) and 5 years of work experience in skill type 0 (manager) - Will i get points for both or only one ?
Which one ?
If i had experience in Skill type A and B, then would they take combined points of both ?
3. I am currently a manager in travel agency. I am also the shareholder and part owner here.
Is this ok and acceptable ? Can i be a shareholder in the company although im applying as skilled worker ?
4. I will get reference letter from my father for this company since he is the managing director. Will this look ok to the immigration or letter will not have credibility ?

As per my Calculation it's 71 points. So, i request you to please Calculate my points and tell me i am eligible or not?
