I am trying to calculate my education years. Can someone help me:
Primary education: 8 years
Secondary Education: 3
Bachelor Degree: ?
Bachelor Degree: I received a degree from the United States. Here they usually consider 12 hours and full-time while in Canada 15 hours. I took me about 7 years to get my bachelor degree instead of regular 4 years. Actually it would take me 5 years to get it because I took more courses. The reason because some semesters I went as part-time and I also took more credits I was supposed to. So, many years of education so I award myself?

Thank you.

As many full time as you want, you still are only going to get 20 points for a BA

But for sake of it, how many years should I put in my application?

Cheers.

ideally, your degree would've been a 4 year degree... so, I would've put 4 if I were you...

by the way, which country in the world did you do schooling from 8+3 is unusual...

I am not an expert. I have learnt from www.cic.gc.ca, EG7, OP6 and this forum. Use these resources and take your decisions.
