i did my medical 10 days ago for me all medical test but for my wife which is the main applicant we didnt do the x-ray coz she is pregnant . now we we will send pcc for me and my wife and recicept of paying fee of landing as asked by my visa office . my question is it is needed to enclose with pcc and receipt of fee other cover letter telling the visa office that we did our medical in date x and in doctor x and my wife is pregnant so she didnt do the x-ray for her and the expected date of delivery is 11 july 2011 and ask the visa office for the documents needed to add the baby to the application when he come to save time when my wife give birth i send direct the document not wait for sending e-mail when the baby come and wait for answer from them which will take time and delay my time. or postpone these untill she give birth please advice me thanks in advance

You are going to get delayed. I think they wont move forward without your wife's X-Ray. AND when the baby is here, I think his X-Ray too....No other way, I guess...

You have to wait till the baby arrives. Visa Office will not send anything in advance. After the birth of the baby you will have to send the updated forms, fees & passport copy for your baby. Thereafter they will send the medicals for your baby.
Your wife would also have to subsequently do the X-ray as without the same the medical will not be complete for an assessment.

The situation is not as difficult as it seems. You have done ur meds thats fine. Since ur wife's EDD is 28days from now, my question is what is the deadline for your medicals submission? If there is still time when ur wife delivers let her also do hers as the Principal applicant. If no time, after the delivery send in the baby's documents ASAP.
My advise would be TO (send a notification letter as well as fax the same) and send your baby's passport, birth certificate, photos (5/6 copy) and additional fees (CAD 150) along with the notification letter without any delay. Also request them (visa office) to send the details for the medical of your baby and ur wife.

thanks for your answer but my question is it is needed now to tell the visa office that we did the medical and my wife is pregnant or i wait untill she give birth coz during this wweek i will send the pcc and recipte of landing fee by courier if so i will send cover letter describing our case with the pcc and receipt

We have got the VISA Stamped and now the baby is born.
Kindly inform the procedure for the same to get our Baby PR also so that we can take him along with us
