When i was staying in Australia, i had some debt on my credit cards. After coming to US i tried to contact the bank but with no luck. Now iam applying for canadian PR and want to take Police clearence from Australia. Will that effect my clearence certificate(Full Finger print and Name check)??? Will my Police Clearence be rejected???

Thank You for any advice.

Normally No,  but how would you know if you don't apply for the PCC.

By the way, No country will reject the PCC.
It is the contents of the PCC that could be negative. Apply for the PCC and you will know.

Thank You so Much Bobby for the reply...Do you know what would be the possible negative content in the PCC.

Thanks

Unfortunately No. I have always had a clean record. No experience in this. :) (LOL)

I think it's very unlikely that having unpaid debts will get you a criminal record but when you get the PCC back, you will see.
