it is required u shud have 1 year work experience ""one year is that what they needed or u shud be working from last one year and your job shub be contineous""
eg. person worked in 2007 to 2008 complete one year and he is no working but have i year exp.
is he eligible to apply??
or he has to be in working mode ??

Dear gsidhu, you must have at least 1 year of continuous employment as permanent or part time....and that too within the last ten years.

so this means that person who has got one year exp(cont) and is free from last 2 years can apply
the reason is my friend worked in birlasunlife from sep2007 to march 2008 and from here he promoted to icici bank and worked there from april 2008 to ot 2008 and from here he was promoted and started working with max from jan 2009 and still working with .........
does he make a move to apply.

Yes gsidhu,
One yr experience will be considerd and the gap does not matter during considering the experience.I knows from one of my cousin who remained without job for three years because of illness and now he is well setteled in BC.Pls go ahead.
