hi every 1!!!
  m new here and found this site quite helpful for canadian immigration
 i have few queries regarding my application form...i sent my application twice
 times to CIO under category3131 but returned because of some difiencies.now i gathered all my doc.
 but just want to know few things f anybody can help me here.m pakistani but residing here in dubai with my family.my total points 72.
 just want to know that
 1. what should i write in visa office requested for application process??means london or CIO??
 2. where i wll send my application form???CIO or london??
 3. should i fill all new forms or just IMM  0008???
   plzzzzzzzz help ,me  seniors m very upset.i want to send my application ASAP.

look i am an old system applicant but what i know about the new system is you have to send your application directly to cio
i think other new system applicants members can help you with your other questions

I am not a senior member but a march 2011 applicant.  Your visa office should be London if you have been legally resident in Dubai for at least 1 year.  Your application form should be sent to CIO.  There are new forms on the CIC website (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp) as of today 19 July 2011.  Do check all the instructions on the website carefully.  There is a forum for post July 2011 applicants and also one for Dubai applicants in this canada-immigration-discussion-board who may also be able to offer more help.
