  Hi to All,
               I sent full documents in June 2009 and got 2nd AOR in July 2009.  I have not received medical request nor any communication from them. I am really worried.

My application is in Abidjan Visa office and visa and immigration services  have been suspended in Abidjan, because of the political situation.

On the Abidjan  website they have asked applicants to send additional documents or case specific inquiry  to the  visa office in Dakar Senegal.

1) Does it mean that my file has been transferred to Dakar visa office?

2) I order Caips Notes in December and  got them in the January, it was before my BF'D date which was the 22.1.2011. when can i order next Caip notes?


Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Send them a case specific inquiry and find out.

I have sent  a case specific inquiry 2 days ago and i also sent a fax.

I just hope they will reply.

It seems it will affect in general and all the docs for all applicants of Abidjan will be forwarded by their own responsibility if the Visa office moved to Dakar... Don't worry everything will be alright and appreciate the delay which might be due to this... But however if you follow my time line and may be many other applicant in this forum have been waiting for MR for nearly 10 months due to what called backlogs!! We really have nothing to do as as SISH suggested and said you have done your part... and now wait for their further instructions keeping your finger crossed...All the best friend

Hi Fariza,
            Thanks for the sweet words, it helps me sometimes calm down. Yes i have done all i can do and just have to pray and wait like he suggested.

My only problem is i am in a fix and can not plan something new since , in my Caip notes the mention recent Bank statement and some other docs, Which indicates that they might ask me to send more docs to them.

Waiting waiting and waiting.

Praying for Good to make it work.
