Hi Everyone,
              I am sure what delayed my process was because i finally completed my studies in 2010 and sent my degree in 2010 and also the VO also made a mistake on my file by asking me for a police certificate that was not suppose to be done.  I visited for a short time  in that country and also he saw educational papers from London and thought i studied there, meanwhile i took the exams in my home country. He is so incompetent, because all is in my application and he just wrote notes without verifying my application and to the specific question.  Thanks to caips i found out and have written to the VO.

My AOR stated that i should contact them after 18 months, if i do not hear from them. My 18th month is February ending. I sent them already a Case specific inquiry, still waiting for a reply. Can i also call the visa office? planning to call them at the end of February.

I hope 2011 will be my turn.  My BF'D was  22.1.2011 and i am planning to order  2nd caip notes by April, if i do not her from them.

Is it a problem, if i order caip notes a 2nd time?

You cannot call them to ask your status. Still you call them, your call will be forwared to "automatic answering machnies" and you endup with nothing. The answering machine will also tell you that you cannot make an inquiry about your application status on phone.

Btw, your BFD has just been over, wait for few more weeks if nothing comes out, send case specific inqury (by email )again.
