Hi to all seniors and members, I got a request on 23/12/2010 to submit RPRF, Passports & Medicals, so immediately i did medicals and took the RPRF draft and send it to CHC Delhi, but because of my beloved Indian government it took almost 2 months to submit my passports, because my daughter's passport was taken when she born and now she is 4 and her features change and I have to give it for renewal in Tatkal scheme which took 2 months to get it back and I send them immediately the day when I received it and I have intimated to CHC in mail that delay possible because of Indian government, and very next day I received a letter from CHC to submit my passports and new photographs of mine and family since it is a year old and very next day I send them Photographs and intimated in mail that I have already send my passports through speed post.

now my question is in that letter they mention they need all my docs in a single package? but I have send them in different and its been one week today, so when can I expect it back.

CHC asks for documents in single package to finalize your case at one time. As they are handling with too many application files daily, there is a system of file management according to the CIC Immigration Section procedures and policies. If the submitted documents are incomplete they will put back the file with another bf date and the process will be delayed further.

According to standard time of CHC you should get the passports back within 8 weeks. But it is not accurate always.

Thank you Wilson, so you think in my case they will return all the docs and I have to send them back together in one single package,  and also what is BF date.
