To senior members please help me. I am new to this forum and I would like to know how's the job market nowadays in British Columbia. Is it really difficult for someone outside Canada to get a job (e.g. health care aide, vocational/ESL teacher) there? I heard that it's very difficult to get an LMO approved these days. Is this true? I hope to get a job offer even a temporary one and after a year apply for FSW. I got 67 points in assessment, I have  more than 5 years work experience in NOC 4131. But I also have LPN education and I am thinking to work for my registration and license once I get there, as I would like also to pursue work in health care. Please advice. What is the best thing for me to do? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
