Hi Folks,

I am going to send additional proof of relative and I am not clear at what should I submit along with the proofs to show that this package belongs to me?

I know I have to write my name, address, file number, date of birth etc etc. I have already written a cover letter so should I re-write the cover letter and include all the above things in it or should I write them all on a separate page and attach that page with the package and leave the cover letter as it is?

Thanks

Put all the requested docs and your letter in A4 white envelope.
In the left upper corner of the envelope write this:
Applicant:
File number:
Mailing address:
REQUESTED DOCUMENTS

Write the mailing address of your VO in the middle of the envelope.

That is what i did when i sent requested docs-2 times.

Thats it? I mean didnt you prepared anything like a cover letter and enclosed it with the package? I have actually written a cover letter and now i am not sure as i should re-write cover letter and include all the info in it or should i just write down all the info in one page attach it with the application and send it to the VO.

yes do include a cover letter and do mention your details such as full name, date of birth, contact number, nationality, date of birth, email, mailing address etc in the letter. print your file number above the CHC london address chit you attach to envelope. thats what CHC London did when they sent the 2nd AOR letter.
