kapag napa red ribbon mo na kahit di mo na isama yung original. ok naman yung mga requirements mo san ka nga pala sa canada mag wowork??

thanks! sa high prairie ako yung father-in-law ko kasi nandun and kinuha ako na worker ng restaurant owner dun. Ikaw po? Hopefully mga 3rd week ng june ma-submit ko na lahat ng requirements sa CEM kasi aug.1 ang expiration ng LMO ko para if ever may kulang umabot pa sa deadline. Ang bilis kasi eh may 16 ko nareceive LMO tapos aug 1 ang expiration date.

either of the two documents will do...  ok na list ng docs mo pagtumawag ka nman s cem for pick up sasabihin din nman yung docs n kelangan.

Thank you!..hopefully by third week ng june ma-submit ko na sa cem lahat ng documents and requirements na kailangan kasi aug 1 expired na LMO ko. Yung work permit and visa mo sana dumating na din...waiting ka nalang po diba?

guys, nagwoworry ako kasi baka 3rd or last week ng june ko pa masubmit sa cem yung requirements kasi hinihintay ko pa yung ibang documents na kailangan bago ko i-submit. aabot kaya yun kasi aug 1 expired na lmo ko? pag tumawag ba ako sa cem for pick-up gano katagal bago nila kunin sa bahay? thank you...

based sa post mo halos magkasabay tayo nag re-apply may8 kayo ako naman may4... just done my medical exam (june2) sana positive mareceiv natin ngayon....

Hi ask ko lang ano po ba dapat ilagay dun sa likod ng picture kasi dun sa checklist ng apllication kit naka lagay ON THE BACK OF TWO PHOTOS,WRITE YOUR NAME AND DATE OF BIRTH dun naman po sa checklist ng canadian embassy sa manila ang nakalagay Two (2) passport photographs for yourself and each family member requesting a visa, with
the name printed on the back, dated and taken in the past 6 months.

ano po kaya yung susundin ko?? pasagot naman po asap! mag papasa na po kasi ko THANK YOU

Write your full name on the back, sign it and put the current date on it. The picture should be take in the past 6 months.

Nope. It should be computerized & validated for you to have the barcode which is shown on the 5th page of IMM1295 after you validate your answers. For the rest of the forms it's up to you if you want it done computerize or not since the only barcode forms that should be validated is IMM1295.

as far as i knew, it could be handwritten also (form 1295) the reason why they want it be validated to avoid mistake but if you prefer to use hand written it will also do... just ask other idea about it if you want to be sure of.

The application will not be processed if you're file is not validated.
Refer to their website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5487ETOC.asp  & check the symbols used on that guide.

pero still, pwede na type written or hand written so any of the two. kayo po ba anong ginawa nyo? kasi may ilalagay ako na hindi tinatanggap pag naka-type like yung sa work experience...example from aug 2011 - present....hindi mo pwede ilagay yung "present" dapat date din po ang ilalagay...

Type the date in "From" & then for "To" leave it blank then just write "present". You're form will still validates if you leave it blank. Don't forget to write n/a on all questions not applicable for you. Good luck!

yes, either of the two will do and that is your choice... but if could do it on line thats good but if not it would be ok also....  just review it carefully before you submit..
