Sending TWP Application

Hi I'm new here.
Air21 just took my documents last monday for the embassy.
OFW po ako dati sa Middle East, undocumented sa POEA kasi Dubai-based agency yung nagprocess ng papers ko. but I've had that remedied already kasi kumuha ako ng affidavit stating na ganun nga, direct hire ako sa dubai at hindi dumaan ng POEA kaya wala akong ka-record-record sa POEA. (okey pa ba to ginawa ko?)

... and also, when I read this thread, kinabahan po ako, lalo na dun sa nagsasabing hihingan daw ng proof of assets for single applicants..?

So personal doc checklist yung pinasa mo? ang sabi kasi dito "Complete and place this checklist on top of your application." gusto ko din sana ung sarili kong checklist kasi may ipapasa ako na docs na wala sa checklist nila.. dlwang checklist nlng kya ipasa ko? pwede nmn cguro yun.. hehe

yung first application ko after ng med exam mga 3wks lang dumating na... still waiting padin ako sa 2nd application ko eh...
basta wait lang at pray ka na positive ang result! visa na yan.. have faith!

Embassy stamped on April 24.
kaya lang bitin for med exam schedule. sabi ng MDP (Designated Medical Practitioner), it takes 2 days to do the exam. di pwede tom kasi saturday ang next. di rin pwede sa monday kasi holiday sa tuesday... hhehe Wednesday and Thurs na talaga to...

hello po!

i need help!!! same situation ksi kmi nung friend ko, ng re apply kmi for working visa kc na refused yung first application nmin.. naka received yung friend ko ng AOR and MR ulit, eh nakapg medical exam nakami nung first app nmin last feb 27, 2012.. ang alam ko 12months ang validity nung medical... hindi namin expect na makakreceived pa sya ulit ng MR! question: kailangan pa ba nya mg pa medical ulit? ano ang next process?

But a few weeks later, i noticed this new checklist with somewhat major changes in the requirements:

My major concern is that it states that all documents should be ORIGINAL and
Academic credentials should start at secondary education?

Are these new changes in the requirements? I did not consider my high school credentials so if
Its really required it might take another month to obtain these.
I hope someone can verify. Thanks.

Not yet pero by next May 1 or 2 masu-submit ko na. I still chose to submit the high school credentials and everything are original since yun naman kasi ang nakalagay sa check list. I was thinking na mabuti ng sigurado. Here's exactly the content of my application, I think this is already complete. If anyone has additional inputs, I hope they can share:

1)          Application for a Work Permit - Checklist
2)          Job Offer from employer with latest résumé.
3)          Labor Market Opinion (LMO) confirmation provided by Human Resources & Skills Development Canada (HRSDC)
4)          Completed IMM 1295: Application for A Work Permit
5)          Completed IMM 5465: Family Information Form
6)          Completed PIF 2011-03: Work Permit Additional Information Form
7)          Original Passport (old and new passports showing history of travel)
          Copy of the passport bio-data page
9)          Evidence that the requirements of the job offer is met:
·       Certificate of Employment and Compensation (original)
·       Detailed Description of Current Job (certified true copy of Job Description by the DFA)
·       Secondary Education Academic Credentials (all original documents)
*          Diploma
*          Certification of Graduation

hello guys same situation kayo ng hubby ko narefused din sila kaya nagpasa sya ulit ng application s CEM. old document checklist ulit napasa ko d ko kc napansin na may bago n pala ulit document checklist na inilabas ngaun april. makaapekto kaya un.. sinamahan na din nmin ng cover letter para ipaliwanag lahat ang reason ng mga vo ng nag examine ng papel nya..

Ok, thanks a lot for the input! Buti na lang I was able to get the originals of my high school academic credentials on a short notice. Did your husband had a job offer and LMO and was still refused?

I was quite hesitant to submit everything in the original copy, but if that is what is required, them I guess we have no choice but to follow...
