Hi,

I have made FSW application on December 2010 with entire supporting documents except the police certificates which was not available at that time. I got an acknowledgement from CIO Sydney in March 2011 and they said they are sending the application to New Delhi office for further processing.

Now, as I received the police certificates for me and my dependent, can I send the police certificates to New Delhi office? Will that save some time for me? Or shall I wait for their query?

Appreciate your advice.

Thanks
Subh

It will be interesting to see what Seniors suggest, but as you know, PCCs cannot be more than 3 months old when submitted, so....unless you are lucky enough to get a request in the next few months, they will be worthless.  As I see it, you have nothing to lose by sending them to your VO with a cover letter including your name, birthdate, NOC and application number, once your application has arrived.  Good Luck!
