I am gonna send RPRF to LA office with my medical receipt although they had not requested for RPRF. I checked with their website to get the right address to send my RPRF. All I got is a mailing address of their office which is

Consulate General of Canada
Immigration Section
550 South Hope Street, 9th Floor
Los Angeles, California
90071, USA

But nowhere I found any address they mentioned specifically for sending RPRF. May be the avobe address is the one I am looking for, still wanted to be sure before I send my money order.

Anyone can confirm?

Dear..why do u want to send it now. Better wait till u r requested to do so. It will not affect your case progress.
