Hi goan,
I have also applied from kuwait but my application is in initial stage right now.Can you please share ur time line and your experience with uk office. My application was send on 24 nov 2008 ,provisional aor date 5 jan 2009.application send to nova scotia from london office for further evaluation.my noc is in new list.
Now I got to know that some courier service accept passport also(DHL,fedex) but u have to tell them and u should send that with return mail. They will deposit it and  U inform visa office .After visa stamping the courier guy will collect it but u have to give authorisation letter also.Otherwise no option but to go by yourself to london which is another 250 kd i suppose.
Pls write me if u need any help.

In the PPR request that I got, they state that London office will send the stamped passports back to the Canadian Embassy in UAE and they will contact us on how to collect the passports. Time taken 30 working days (6 weeks)
