Hi guys,

Hope someone can help me out with this. I got a phone call today morning from CHC-New Delhi saying that they havent recieved my passport yet and that the PPR letter had been sent out in September. But unfortunately, I never recieved it. However, the officer instructed me to send my passport out and to ask my sponsor to pay the RPRF (we didnt pay it initially in one go). My question is, what are the stuff I need to include on the cover letter which Im going to be sending along with the passport. Im going to mention my name, DOB, File No. Anything else that goes in there? Do I explain about the phone call and the lost PPR letter?

Another thing, do I have to wait till my husband pays the RPRF and then attach that reciept with my passport and send it? Or do I immediately send out my passport now? Just slightly confused here.

Oh and can someone just reconfirm the address I have to send the passport to?

Thanks in advance.
