Hi All,

Can you please clarify this? I live/work in Canada. Can I use FedEx to submit my CEC application to Buffalo?

Can you also verify the Buffalo address?

Consulate General of Canada
Immigration Regional Program Centre
1 HSBC Center
Buffalo, New York
14203-2884, USA

Thanks a lot friends.

That is the one mentioned on the official documents. (Read the official guide on CIC website).

Canadian Consulate General
Immigration Regional Program Centre
1 HSBC Center, Suite 3000
Buffalo, NY 14203-2884
U.S.A.

Also, the document says: Purchase a 24 x 32 cm prepaid National Xpresspost USA envelope. Why do u want to use fedex? Xpresspost should be reliable enough.

Yes you can. I did the same because the XpressPost envelope had a limit of 500 grams and my application package was well over that limit (including all the docs and supporting stuff) so I used FEDEX as my express post envelope was returned claiming too much weight. Anyways the application was received by the immigration office and I have received AOR too so I guess its safe to assume that sending through CanadaPost's Fedex service should be safe.
