sending files to Vegreville

Hello guys,

I am about to send more information about proof of relationship to Vegreville,
I did sent some but not all. We have a huge history and through all this time
they were being translated and I could select around 90 pages from more than 2000.
Also I am thinking about sending some new pictures ( birthdays,trips ) from 2009
and a letter to the officer explaining why I am sending these information.

Does anybody has an experience sending files to Vegreville without they asking for?
What did you put on in your cover letter?
