Hello, there!

Our VO requires some more documents from us. Applying outland.
Is it safe to scan the documents and send it per e-mail?
We don't want to waste time with snail mail, but on the other hand we are a little bit scared that they don't get our documents, which would result in a rejection.
Anyone experience in this matter?
Thank you in advance, for helping us out.

You can send the documents by fax to the VO. I did it few times during the process of our application. What I did was, after sending fax I sent the hard copies by snail mail with covering letter as confirmation copies. It worked.

If you can access Case Specific Enquiry, you can upload documents using the web page.
