I would like to verify if forms like IMM0008 and IMM5406 to be submitted to Visa office should be a photocopy of the of forms submitted to CIO?  As I read the checklist of visa office there is no word of photocopy that I notice with regards to filling up the forms.  Appreciate if someone could clear this for me.

Please refer the instruction guide as well as the operating manual (OP6) before you send your application. It would clarify your doubts and would help you in avoiding common mistakes.

VO Check list also got updated this week. Now you do not required to send the PCC at this moment

You need to send all document to CIO now. If application qualifies your file + documenmt would be forwarded by CIO to VO.
