1. The Offical Receipt I printed from the internet asks for Client date of birth....that is mine (Sponsor) or my husbands (Applicant) ?

2. The receipt also asks for Client ID? I don't have an ID yet do I leave this blank?

3. I can't find anywhere in the guide that says I must use paper clips other then where it talks about photos being loose. My lawyer says I can staple each individual form together instead of 500 paper clips. What is your experience?

(Let me clarify that I would only be stapling a single form ie: IMM 5540 together itself)

I have seen on here that people have said you must only use paperclips so just looking for clarification. I want to send it in the next couple hours !!!!!

1. Sponsor's DOB.
2. Leave it blank.
3. No staples.  Use paperclips, they are only going to take it apart again.
