sending additional details in vo

hi guys, i made a mistake in my application and i sent a letter and additional details  at cpc , howver during that time we dont have client id no. yeti worry that they might not able to macth it and add it , now that we already have client id  , im planning to send the same copy of papers in cic manila, so that the other details will be added , since manila dont give acknowledgement that they reacieve it but will take appropriate steps,that what it says in there website, which way do u guys think its best send it thru fax,emial or email?..tnx , i wna make sure that it will be added in the file

  There is no problem if you send by fax. But perhaps the documents may not be received very clear and legible. So I suggest to send it by mail or courier with your file number noted on each document and covering letter.

tnx wilson, i dont have file no. yet, only client id and kit no. , do i need to wait to get file no. first?

Yes, it is better to send any additional documents after getting your file number. That would be easy for the Visa Office staff to pick up your folder and  file together in your application kit.

they just transfer my file recently to the visa office, how long before i will get a file no. ?tnx
