Dear Jassin,
I am too in the same boat. My papers delivered on 11.05.2009. Till date, no response from CIO.
It is not known whether DD has been encashed or not. But, as on 21.07.2009, DD was not encashed.
Still Waiting any response from CIO that is what I mean, not only you, but others are too in your boat.

There is something wrong with our applications and CIO must have kept those applications for later on consideration.

Dear
It is also noted here that NOC Code 0111 & 1111 are not considered on fast track. Only application for NOC Code : Doctors and Restaurant Managers are processed quickly.
Are you under NOC code 0111 & 1111 ?
Please share.

Boss, As per my knowledge NOC 1111 comes under fast track.

Now, I understood exactly. Your NOC Code is exactly same. But only CA applicants are in Fast Track.
Any body can correct me, if, I am wrong.

Dear Jassin,
You are very much eligible under NOC code 1111 and it depends upon mathing of job duties description you have given in the experience certificate. The reasons for delayed applications may be as given below:
1. Job description not matching sufficiently.
2. Background declaration - Some gap from College/University Passing out to employment level.
3. Application Fee not paid correctly for those persons accompaning you in canada.
4. Non producing any Educational certificates
5. Non enclosing your notorised copy of passport or non appending your Passport numbers applied for.

Boss,
I have sent only forms, IELTS results, Drafts to Sydney - Novascotia, Forms were filled properly. Job Discription is matching, All other docs need to produce after i get a mail from them.
