Hi guys,
How to send expanding Ielts letter to London visa office?

I can send it via e-mail or should by courier mail.

Why can you not send the letter through their web site. There is a link in that website to contact them. I guess you can scan any of your document and send it as an attachment through that email contact as well. However if they want the physical copy of the document, you have no choice but to post the same to them.
