hello shark267, it's still good that you received your candidate and employer number in just 2-months (usually processing time NOW for the assessment of notification is up to 3months).
NOW on your part, they are processing the assessment of candidate and employer applications and that is why they are asking you to send / submit  some documents needed on your application (which probably NOT attached on the supporting documents they are requesting). If you have a photocopy of all docs. submitted in ther office you can review it again specially on the required documents.
Just accomplish all those documents requested then fax it to their office (ASAP) it's look like that they are now starting to assess your application which takes another 8 months to give an approval. TOTAL AINP SEMI=SKILLED PROCESSING TIMES = 11MONTHS.
SO FAR ONLY MAYBEYES and YOU are requesting to submit some documents....... JUST KEEP ON UPDATING................................

Just an update with you guys...

I sent my application to Canadian embassy in Makati APril 2010, They started processing it on May 1, 2010. I got my file number end of May 2010. When they sent me the file number, it also includes some documents they are requesting regarding my common-law. Godbless!!!!!!!!!!

its under employer driven stream NOC code 6641.

We sent it to AINP October 2009
rcvd certificate March 2010( letter dated feb 08, 2010)
full application submitted to visa office April 2010
AOR/ file number rcvd May 2010

hello cathy, congrats again for being nominated in AINP (just for 6 months)

as i read in some of the forum medical notification will take around 3-5months.

i wish that you can get your request on this month of june 2010.

on may the 22nd they sent me employer and candidate file numbers and they requested extra documents :
  Required information :
 1)  corporate registration :
     - an eligible alberta employer is defined as a business that is incorporated or registred by or under an act of the legislature of a province or the parlaiament of canada , operating as a business that has an established production capability , plant or place of business in AB
    -  please provide evidence that the business is incorporated ,
2) workers conpensation coverage
    -  employers operating in a compulsary industry must open a workers compensation board (wcp) account when they employ regular , casual workers , or contractors
     - please provide our office with evidence that the business has a WCP clearance
3 ) confirmation of employement
4) location of employment
5 ) pay records from may 1 2009 till april 30. 2010

 you will ask your emplyoer to provide you with the following :

1  , copy of the incorporated registration ( for me he gave me a copy of the business licence and i sent it )
2 ,  a copy of workers conpensation coverage (wcb) ask him to give you this
3, confirmation of employement which is a work reference in which the employer should say that he fully sponsors your nomination through ainp .and also he mentions the location of employement
4 - copy of your pay records for 1 year .pay cheques .
for me i sent all this i tracked the package and it was received there at the ainp , but stll waiting no updates from ainp

send it as soon as possible .

would you share with us your time line

ainp application date and all the updates so all the members can share info .

march 24 2010...documents receive Emb. Manila
April 19... Additional doc. request
May 20 2010 Medical request..but receive the letter June 11 2010
June 18 2010 Medical done tru Nationwide
June 28 2010 Medical sent to Emb. Manila
NOW...WAITING...
