Hi Diagne and to all:::
I received an email today from the Manila Embassy asking for my passport and fill up a form. After 4 weeks from my medical exam, they are already asking for my passport. I am pleasantly surprised of this update.

hi guys!!!i need some help.we passed our documents to ainp last february 2011.we received file number asfter 2 weeks.and then my employer gave me an email last august 2011 stating that we have to pass additional requirements like,statement of earnings,confirmation of employement,address of employment candidate,and the exam.my 2 co workers got declined because of the education and the other is because of the location (because it says in pilot project that the employer is allowed to sponsor 1 per allocation).it says in my co worker letter from ainp that they sponsor already in the store that my co worker is currently working.i am really worried because i know in my store they already sponsor last 2009 and still the ainp emailed me for additional requirements.im worried that if i pass this they will send me the same email that i am declined because they already sponsored in the same store where in im working.please give me some advise because we need to pass the requirements on october 5,2011..thanks

Just pass those requirements that they I asked from you. I had a co-worker who applied for AINP, I think it was 2008. We were from the same store. Her application got approved 2009. Then I applied 2010. It didnt affect my application at all. There's no harm in trying, anyway. Just go for it. |

if you really want to be sure with your nomination, it is better to use the new store, so you dont have to worry about anything. just prepare and submit all the correct and complete documents that AINP ask from you. Goodluck :-) |

Nov. 26, 2010- file number received thru email
July 14, 2011- received refusal letter due to inconsistent workplace address as per LMO and AINP form 005
July 15, 2011- employer explanation thru fax.
July 21, 2011- letter of reconsideration sent to the director of AINP ( 2 weeks loss of appetite, no rice) lol
Aug 8, 2011- employer received REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFO. ( one year pay stub,retention plan, employer declaration form)
Aug 26, 2011- submitted the requested additional information
Sept 20,2011- received approval letter and nomination package
