I heard that Canada is conducting seminars in the United States to attract people on H1B. Does anyone has any idea about the locations / schedules of these seminars ?

Thanks,

Just for the information for others too.

I called up Alberta Authorities and they confirmed that no seminars are being planned right now.

I think they have got enough applications and are busy processing them now.

True...

They conducted the seminars for publicity of the scheme. Now they have loads of applications and do not need to advertise any more.

They don't have enough staff members so 5 people can have coffee with H1B folks in Houston or anywhere in US. All staffmembers are already overloaded with work.

There was one seminar in San Francisco around 2-3 months back, I live in that area but never went there ... I think you can get almost all information online.

Days of seminars are over. AINP has become extremely popular. AINP don't have 5 idle people to go to US and have coffee with H1B folks.
