i applied for a job as semi skilled worker. Could you tell me please, aside from the AINP,

1. Is there any possible ways to get a permanent residency?
2. Upgrading your skills or attending some training while working could help to have residency?
    and am I allowed to do these training?
3. I heard, even though I entered semi skilled, I can change my work example as caregiver if my
    employer allow me, is it true?
