i have some friends who submitted their documents sa CEM last Feb. 06 lang din.. so far, wala pa ring balita about sa AOR/MR nila.. cguro, hintay lang muna talaga tayo.. kaka excite lang kc.. wehehe! GOOD LUCK..! and GOD BLESS..! |

I'm so thankful that i found this forum. Sana po matulungan nyo din ako. I just had my positive lmo last week. Please ask ako help nyo kung anu ang mga requirements na pinasa nyo. Need ko talaga help nyo. Direct hire ako sa Alberta din. So ako lang talaga ang mag pro process ng application ko sa CEM. I will list down the requirements na i know na dapat ipasa but please paki share po if may kulang or d na dapat ipasa together with the application kit. NBI Clearance, Complete employment certificates, training certificates, red ribbon transcript and diploma, nso birth and marriage certificate. I also have another question, need ba talagang kumuha ng tesda certificate if ang job mu doon is kithen helper or f&b? Thanks po in advance for all your help.

hi jpc..! welcome here..  your list of available documents is fine.... but i think mas magiging ok yan if you include your SSS information sheet.. usually kasi, the VO is requesting additional documents like SSS info sheet if there is something suspicious sa employment records ng applicant.. the employer's name and employment date stated in your submitted documents should match your SSS records para d magkaproblema.. if you have child/children, include mo rin yung NSO/original/Certified true copy ng birth certificate nila.. Is this you first time working/applying abroad..? about naman sa tesda certificate, i dont have a clear idea if kelangang kmuha ka, but i think much better if meron ka.. maybe some others in this forum might answer your querry regarding that TESDA cert. San ka pala sa alberta magwwork..? |

yup, sa Edson, Alberta ako..
i was hired by my employer thru agency.. so d bale agency na ang naggguide saken and nagreview ng mga documents na ipapasa ko sa CEM.. and sila na rin ang nagpa schedule ng pick-up ng documents ko.. voter's ID and Cedula is not necessary unless the Visa Officer reviewing your application ask for it..

hi jpc kamusta naman? eto mga req ko na ipapasa na hanggang ngayon hindi pa tapos hehehhe  2 pcs id pic with name and date of birth,orig. passport, manager's check 6450, completed application forms for a work permit,, lmo with confirmation ref number, employment contract, resume,nbi, cert of employment, cert of training, orig TOR and diploma, employment history/SSS contributions, ,orig birth cert nso, affidavit of undertaking |

@ jpc7 kasi ako d na ako nagpasa ng sss d nmn need kc un pero kapag suspicious ung mga coe baka maghanap sila..
@ ulya hindi id pic may format sila para s pic na isubmit mo sa CEM.. at make sure ung application ung ay validated ung may barcode..
