hey!!guys it was a long day.pwo ang bilis sa st.lukes...medical- i passed "thanks god"..normal lahat!!! goodluck satin guys!!!VISA nlng....=)

Hi! Questions lang po, baka pwedeng may makatulong.

1.)Confirm ko lang po kung anong ilalagay ko sa 'Type of Work Permit" question sa Application Form kasi may mga choices. Direct hire kasi ako tapos baker yung position, tanong ko lang kung 'Open Work Permit' or 'Other' yung pipiliin ko? Sabi kasi ng employer ko, 'Open Work Permit' daw pero ako kasi yung employee and wala naman ako kasamang family member. Ang alam ko kasi, yung option na 'Open Work Permit', para lang sa accompanying family members ng applicant. 
2.) Dun po sa Application for a Work Permit, kelangan po bang i-fill out electronically or pwede manually? Kaya lang kelangan yata i-validate yung information para ma-submit?
3.) Paano po i-a-affix yung signature kung electronically filled out yung application?
4.) Kung electronically gagawin yung pagfill out ng application form, paano lalagyan ng NA yung mga boxes na di nag-aapply sa akin kasi nag-try ako pero di naman pwede lagyan ng NA yung mga boxes.
5.) Once na mafill-out na yung form electronically and signed, ibig sabihin po ba ready na for printing tapos yun yung isasama sa documents na isa-submit sa embassy?

hi  guys im in manila now . okay nako sa medical sa st lukes... my ff up nga lang sa cardiologist,. wait ko nlng yung cardio clearance....sana hindi complicated yung skit ko..

accompanying dependent children in certain cases.
participants in International Experience Canada (working holiday).

---you have to fill it out electronically.. para ma validate yung form..

---just leave it blank or type it as Not Applicable..

Kung okay lang po, tanong ko na din, after ko maprepare lahat ng documents and forms, saan at paano ko po isa-submit yung forms and documents? Kelangan po ba personally mag-appear sa embassy? Saan po exactly nakalagay yung docs? Sa envelope po ba? Salamat po ulit.

Nope, U do not need to go to embassy to submit your documents..

Eto po yung nkalagay sa specific local instruction ng Canada Embassy Manila.. Just follow the instruction:

To submit your application, please contact the call centre. Once a schedule has been arranged, your
completed application will be picked up by a courier at your address and will be delivered to our office for
processing. The courier service is available all over the Philippines. Please note that an incomplete application
will be returned at your expense. If you are using an agency to assist you with your application, please ensure
that you have a properly completed Use of Representative Form (IMM5476). Once your application has been
processed, the result will be returned to you with your passport and documents via courier.

sa envelope po nakalagay yung mga documents na issubmit sa CEM..
may instruction din naman po na ibibigay yung call center agent na makakausap mo kapag tumawag ka..just listen carefully para po wala kang ma miss sa instruction..try mo po mag backread para malaman mo po kung paano nagsubmit yung ibang kasama natin dito sa forum..

Hopefully kami dn nagpa medical sa NHSI wla na follow up check up pa. More than 2weeks na i haven't received any txt or call from them eh, so sana sa 3rd week pag follow up ko sbhin nila they pass it na sa CEM. Ksi yung iba ata sa ika 3rd week pa sinasabihan pa na na may follow up check up pa, eh di another counting days na nmn yun. Sa St.Lukes ambilis ng result, sa nhsi ksi kami nirefer ng agency nmin.
