Hi everyone,

I'm a mortgage broker in Vancouver, working on a pure commission, employed by a company. I'm working under PGWP which will expire this August, and am looking to extend my stay working here for another year. I was just on the phone with Service Canada and they said that I don't need to apply for LMO because I'm self-employed and not taking any jobs away from Canadians, so I can just apply for a sel-employed work permit.

I confirmed this with CIC, and they said that I need to send a business plan when applying for the permit. Anyone has any experience with Self Employed Work Permit and does anyone know what kind of business plan I have to create?

Thank you!
