self submission of application and covering letter

i had applied thru an consultant. they missed my application package some where?

they ask  all documents again. but i plan to apply myself.     i filled up all forms and want to get final say from someone
who self applied their application. i want to prepare a covering letter mentioning about earlier application.

reply me urgent.
my noc is going to reach cap v soon

Hi shijo,

If they ( the agent ) missed the application package and cannot trace it, you can submit yourself. You don't have to authorise any representative.  Submit the documents as per the check list. You can put a covering letter but no need to mention about the lost application from the consultant as it is not yet submitted to CIC.
