Dear Qorax,
Please please I am very confused with this request from the document checklist. They are asking for "3rd parties individuals
indicating the service provided along with payment details."
As a dentist and self employed,I understand they are requesting for patients refferals stating that they have been or are my patients right? Do I need to provide the copies of the receipts given to them? Eventhough the receipts just mentions dental treatment as a whole??
Or which other third parties are they referring to which payments details can be provided?
I am so confused with this part. Please guide me so i can complete all the requirements.
