Try to get  a mailing label from any store there and write your address on it. that would do.

Only English will be enough. Write the complete postal address.

Why don't you Google "mailing label"?
Anyway, it is a sticker.

Get "adhesive A4 paper sheet" from the market and type your complete mailing address(One in Engish and second in your native language or both in english will be okey.). Don't forget to write your postal cosde as mails from CIC are sent through ordinary mail, which requires post code.

Yes, you can give your representative's address and both can be in English for Canada.

Hi,

If you go to "Jarir Book Store" , or "Obeikan" or "Al Maktaba"  any where in Saudi Arabia,  ask for
Avery labels.  You can find small packs of various sizes.  Choose a size of 4"x2"  or near,  what is available.
Just type your address on it.  Use English address and Arabic address on seperate labels.
As you may get a packet, you can use it for any mailing purpose in future also. It would not be a waste.
