Hi,

i was looking at the check list available at..

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37048.pdf

it says...

If you are applying as a Federal Skilled Worker, use column F.
If you are applying as a Provincial Nominee, use column P.
If you are applying as a Quebec-Selected Applicant, use column Q.

So my question is, can we check all three so that our application is considered for all 3 categories. otherwise whats the appropiate category for IT person who is applying from US.

also...for a person in US, do we need to submit application to Buffalo office...correct ?

Thanks

1.  If you don't have a PNP certificate or CSQ from Quebec, then you have to apply as a skilled worker.
2.  If you were admitted to the US for 1 year or are a citizen or permanent residence of the US then your application goes to Buffalo.
