seeking some information

Hi there ,
My name is karan sharma and i am currently student in Seneca college Toronto . I heard from many people that in Ontario is quit difficult to get PR for student . that's why i am thinking to move in Saskatchewan. so any one is there help me and let me know is this right decision or not ? I Will be thankful to you if you give me any kind of information .
