Hi Everyone,
how easy is it to get a job in the security field after landing in Canada ? thats without any experience in the above field, except for being a graduate and fluent in English, I have seen quite a number of ads in newspapers advertising for the same, some agencies provide training others want trained guards, my main aim for starting this thread is to scout for at least survival to start with. Apprecate all your replies

licensed'.
2. Costs around
$300-500, depending on the inst.
3. No previous exp is required, though preferred.
4. Many newcomers take that route, initially.
5. Security jobs r galore -- and
pays well too.
6. There were many members here who took night shifts & pursued
daytime studies in their field.
7. One of them '
owns' a security company today [he had owned one in his homeland as well].

10. Many of them would
train u internally as well, of course @ an adnl cost.
