second landing Canada without GF list

hi,I'm an immigrant from China,I landed Canada in Feb.2007 and returned China to finish my work

till the buttom of 2007.Now I have completed my work task and I am planning to fly to

Alberta and permanently live there.I plan to bring along some essentials include a laptop of

myself,my personal clothing for four seasons,a camera of myself,some books of myself,an

electronic dictionary of myself,all of them were bought before Feb.2007 in China.I plan to

bring them along with two 158 centimeters's big bags according to the rule made by Canada

Air.I dont ship anything.
Only when I'm preparing for my second trip for Canada I find there is a rule:"Only goods

that were declared and listed as goods to follow on your original Form B4 are eligible for

duty- and tax-free importation at a later time."
Unfortunately I havn't prepared the list of goods to follow and given it to a Costoms

Officer at the time of my landing,that is my first overseas travel so I didn't know I must

prepare it and  hand it in in advance.
That's it,I want to know if I need to pay duties and taxes on them when I get Canada? How

can I solve this problem?

You won't know until you arrive.  They might be lenient on you, or they might charge you.

Just have to take your chances.  Good luck.
